How does the missed calls feature work?

Every time a customer calls your business and you didn’t pickup the phone, within seconds the caller will receive a text message acknowledging and apologizing for missing their call, asking how you can assist. That stops the caller from giving up on you and moving to your competitor down the google search. That begins a conversation that is managed from our app.

How does the two-way SMS feature work?

Your customer can send and SMS to your phone number and you can answer them via the app. They will receive the response as an SMS message.

Can you install the web chat on any website?

We can integrate a website chat pretty much on any platform (Wordpress, wix, etc). All we need is the admin access to the development platform.

How does the review monitoring and replies feature work?

The Review Monitoring tracks reviews left on Google and Facebook. When you finish delivering a service, the system can automatically send your customer a request to leave a review (and follow up with them until they leave it). Once the review is left, you will get a notification in your conversations stream and you can respond to that review directly from that conversation screen without the need to login into google or Facebook.

What type of mobile app functionality is offered?

The basic functionality is notification, communication, and calling. The advanced features allow scheduling, sending invoices and managing the Sales Pipeline so you know exactly where each customer is on that Sales Cycle and what are the next steps your team needs to do.

What is the difference between the Standard and the Professional packages?

The Standard subscription offers 1, two page marketing funnel with one follow up sequence. The Professional subscription offers 2 Marketing Funnel (up to 4 pages each) that you’ll be able to use to promote your business, and capture leads that will directly be fed into your Sales Pipeline. Each marketing funnel will have it's own follow up sequence.

In addition, the Professional subscription includes: Appointment Setting capability, Lead Sales Lifecycle Management, Social Media Planner, Chat AI Integration.

How does your software handle appointment setting?

We have a built in calendar where your clients can schedule appointments, service requests, etc. That calendar syncs with your Google or iCloud calendar so you can avoid appointment conflicts, separating your personal and work life for work-life balance.

How does your software handle lead sales lifecycle management?

We offer “Opportunities Pipeline” that can be used to track and move the prospects and customers along their sales journey from “New” up to “Service Delivered”

Can you elaborate on the Chat AI integration? What capabilities does it provide?

We will train the AI to answer your prospects and customer questions that don’t require your person touch and intervention. This will save you and your team hours of answering frequently asked questions, freeing your time to invest in actually growing to scale and providing a better and faster response rate.

How does the training of the Chat AI work? Can I provide specific responses or guidelines for the AI to follow?

Yes. The business takes active part in training the chat on the ideal responses.

Can I add customer fields to my CRM?

Yes we can add as many fields as needed.

Does the review monitoring feature provide analytics or insights?

Yes. We have a dashboard that shows reviews trends and customer sentiment.

How does the Social Media Planner function within the Professional package?

The Social Media Planner allows you to schedule content on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Linkedin, X (Twitter) and Google My Business directly from your CRM.

Can your software be integrated with other third-party tools or services that we use in our business?

We can integrate with the majority of the third-party softwares in the market. Our platform also has the capability to replace a big percentage of the functionality third-party software is providing you and save you the extra costs. Please contact us to discuss a specific need.

Is there a limit to the number of users who can access the software within our organization?

The Standard subscription has a 2 user limit.

The Professional subscription has an unlimited number of users

Can your software be accessed and used remotely, such as by team members working from home or on the go?

Yes. Lead Sync Automated is an online platform, accessible from anywhere. We also have an app you can install on your phone and take your business with your anywhere you go.

What level of customer support or training is provided to help us get started with and use your software effectively?

We have an online course to teach you how to use the Lead Sync Automated.

Is there a minimum contract length or commitment required when subscribing to your software?

The monthly subscription can be cancel at any time.

The annual subscription can be cancelled at the end of the billing period.

How does your software handle scalability, particularly as our business grows and our needs change over time?

Our software is highly scalable and can grow with your business and it’s growing needs.
